a) Custom-tailored services: Many of our offerings, including digital resources and courses, are specifically designed for each client or group.
b) Limited availability: Our programs and events often have limited spots that are held exclusively for registered participants.
c) Advance preparation and payment: Many of our trips, brunches, and other events are paid for in advance based on the number of participants who have registered and paid. This includes reservations, catering, and other non-refundable expenses.
d) Market-sensitive information: Some of our programs involve time-sensitive or market-sensitive information.
e) Immediate access to digital content: Once digital resources or course materials are accessed, they cannot be returned or unused.
- Client Responsibility
By purchasing any product or service from Black Women Invest, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund and no-cancellation policy. We strongly encourage all clients to carefully review the details of each offering before making a purchase.
- Transfers and Deferrals
While we do not offer refunds or cancellations, we may, at our sole discretion, allow transfers or deferrals in exceptional circumstances. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. This includes transfers to different programs, courses, or trips. This does not include our partnership program.
