Black Women Invest is a member-based social group designed to create a safe space for Black women to find a community of other women who share similar interests, and build their finances along the way.

INTRODUCTION TO COACHING PROGRAMS & MEMBERSHIP

The Black Women Invest coaching programs include our investment and business focused programs, and more.

You are considered a member if you join our Online community or any of our Programs.

No Refunds

Registering for a paid BWI program requires specific commitment as indicated on your contract and website.

Not being able to use your membership or attend a coaching session you have registered for, will not constitute grounds for a refund. In the event of severe weather, natural disaster(s), Acts of God, sickness/disease or circumstances beyond our control, Black Women Invest, LLC  reserves the right to reschedule any event/activity or move the event location, at their sole discretion, without issuing a refund.

As provided for by Texas law, all purchases for services have a three-day right to cancellation by the purchaser. Notice of desire to cancel MUST be given in writing and within three business days from the date of the transaction. Cancellations requested outside of the three day right of rescission will not be honored, and no cash refund will be given.

PRICING INFORMATION

Any fees displayed on the BWI website, or at our events are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to increase the price of products and services on a regular basis. If this would be related to services subscribed by existing members, members will be informed in advance.

RECURRING PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION (Credit Card/Debit Card)

By applying for recurring payments, Members accept these terms and conditions authorizing Black Women Invest to charge the credit card or debit the debit card account that member has specified in the amount of the balance due as part of their membership. Member agrees that the payment card specified by Member for automatic bill payments to BWIC is, and will continue to be, an account that Member owns, and that Member will maintain sufficient availability under Member’s credit card limit, or sufficient funds in the account linked to Member’s debit card, as applicable, to pay Member’s BWI bill. The automatic charge to Member’s credit card or debit to Member’s debit card account will occur on or after the membership payment due date.

These membership terms and conditions will constitute Member’s copy of Member’s recurring payment authorization to Black Women Invest. Members should print and retain a copy of this recurring payment authorization for Member’s records.

EXPECTATIONS

As members, You acknowledge and understand that public and private behaviors should reflect the values and principles espoused by Black Women Invest. Members are to conduct themselves with honesty and integrity. Members are to uphold the BWI mission of creating a safe and friendly space for Black Women to gather and feel empowered as they build their wealth.

 All members will maintain a positive attitude and be sure to adhere to and encourage high cultural, intellectual, and moral standards.

EVENTS

Members will receive emails, texts and newsletters with important updates and information. By joining BWI and providing your contact information, you consent to receiving emails and text communications from us.
