After working in real estate and investment banking for years, I saw exactly how wealth is built and exactly who was being left out. Not enough Black women were in the rooms where real strategy was discussed. So I built the room. Since 2019, 90,000+ Black women across 40+ countries have walked through that door. I won’t stop until one million do.
